A versatile, ultra-hydrating natural moisturizer for healthy, glowing skin; to be used on its own, or as a cleansing oil.
Antioxidant-rich tallow combined with regenerative botanical extracts & rejuvenating plant-oils, crafted to improve complexion, nourish dull skin, and minimize signs of aging by brightening, replenishing & balancing uneven skin tone. Rich in carotenoids, with high levels of hydrating fatty acids; ideal for improving dryness, inflammation, and damage caused by free radicals & environmental stressors. Directions:
To be as a cleansing oil, paired with our Botanical Clay Exfoliator & Mask, or as a primary step in your moisturizing routine >> For face: After cleansing, apply a few drops prior to our tallow balm; the rejuvenating serum will penetrate the skin barrier, while the tallow will act as an occlusive barrier to prevent any moisture loss. May also be used as a body moisturizer for all-over glowing, nourished skin!
Oil Blend + Benefits:
An incredibly rich blend that has high levels of essential fatty acids, beta carotene, and vitamins A, B, C, D + E. We combined jojoba oil, a lightweight plant-based liquid wax that's both hypoallergenic & non-comedogenic with rejuvenating botanicals, rosehip seed oil to help minimize visible signs of aging, and a skin-brightening carrot seed oil for added protection; on its own, carrot seed oil is upwards of 40 SPF.
Gently infused with therapeutic botanicals:
• Chamomile: Contains high levels of flavonoids that relieve inflammation, antioxidants that soothe irritations + redness, and antimicrobial properties that are helpful in promoting healthier, brighter skin. Adds a subtle sweetness.
• Calendula: An amazing healing agent for sensitive skin! Known for replenishing dull, damaged skin, and its incredible antibacterial properties that help treat skin concerns like acne & eczema. A calming and gentle botanical.

Tallow is wildly successful ancient skincare remedy, known as a rich emollient that can help repair, restore and protect the skin barrier at a cellular level, effectively promoting healthier, more radiant skin.
Our tallow is made from beef suet, sourced from a nearby regenerative ranch in Southwest Colorado; it is grass-fed + grass-finished, and free from harmful additives & preservatives that may be found in conventional skincare products.
We meticulously dry-render the beef suet in-house to form tallow; meaning we remove the impurities without the use of salt/water, melting/straining it by hand, to preserve its amazing nutrient-dense form.
Its fatty acid profile of CLA + stearic acid closely resembles our own natural oils (sebum) so it's easily absorbed and effectively replenishes our skin, without clogging pores.
It's as versatile as it is nourishing, providing rejuvenating antioxidants and bioavailable vitamins; a completely natural, all-purpose, non-comedogenic, restorative moisturizing agent for both face & body.

Shelf life is approx. one year and dependent on the following: To ensure longevity & effectiveness of our tallow-based products, please store them in a cool, dry area; room temperature (72 degrees & below) is best, and you may refrigerate during hot weather if needed. Please avoid exposure to water due to possible contamination, direct sunlight, and extreme temperature fluctuation.
Small-batch product variation: While we do our best to keep each batch nearly identical, no two cattle are alike, nor are our botanical-infusions; color, consistency & scent may vary due to the unique and natural differences in each handcrafted batch. Very slight "beef" aroma may also be present but should dissipate upon application.
Caution // Patch test is always recommended: Please be aware of any allergies you may have prior to using this product.
