Shipping, Return + Exchange Policies

Shipping

We offer free shipping for orders $75+ and $5 flat rate shipping for anything less.

Please allow 3-10 business days for shipping; a tracking number will be available once the package has shipped... As "we" are a team of one (currently) and living a little bit country, "we'll" do our best to ship your package as quickly as possible; timeframe above accounts for handling 

*FYI: We're not open to international shipping just yet, but will be hopefully soon! While we're growing our small brand, we're still working out the kinks...

If your package is unfortunately lost or stolen, please reach out to the carrier as this is out of our control; we certainly apologize for these circumstances and trust that they will do their best to assist you! We cannot take responsibility nor offer replacement at this time. 

 

Returns & Store Credit

Our policy lasts 30 days. Items may be returned for store credit only. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging... To start a return, please contact us at cowboytrailsupplyco@gmail.com.

*You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. 

 

Store Credit (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.

 

Damages & Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at cowboytrailsupplyco@gmail.com if the item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item; we will evaluate the issue and provide a response as soon as we're able to!

If you need to make any modifications to your order, please contact us right away... We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee any order changes.
