Shipping, Return + Exchange Policies


Please allow 4-10 business days for domestic shipping; rates are calculated at checkout, and a tracking number will be available once the package has shipped.. As "we" are a team of one (currently) and living a little bit country, "we'll" do our best to ship your package as quickly as possible; timeframe above accounts for handling 

*FYI: We're not open to international shipping just yet, but will be hopefully soon! While we're growing our small brand, we're still working out the kinks...

If your package is unfortunately lost or stolen, please reach out to the carrier as this is out of our control; we certainly apologize for these circumstances and trust that they will do their best to assist you! We cannot take responsibility nor offer replacement at this time. 

Returns and Exchanges

We currently have a 14-day return policy for domestic orders, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging... To start a return, please contact us at If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a Return Form to complete and include with your returned item for processing.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and completing a Return Form may not be accepted.

Sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.




Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected your return. If the return is found to be in good condition, a credit (excluding original shipping costs) will be applied to your original method of payment.  It may take some time for your bank, credit card company, etc. to process and post the refund too; we appreciate your patience and understanding!  Please contact if there are any questions, or there are major delays on the refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item; we will evaluate the issue and provide a response as soon as we're able to.
